Return & Exchange Policy

We understand — sometimes a piece just is not quite right. That is why we offer a 30-day window from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and passes inspection.

Please note that items marked as Final Sale, as well as those purchased during promotions or sales, are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized pieces, made especially for you, are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before it has been processed and shipped to receive a full refund. Once an item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or recall the shipment.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached and packaging intact. Returns must be sent using the same shipping service as the original delivery, and must originate from the same country where the order was delivered. Return and exchange shipping costs, customs duties, and any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed within 4–7 business days. If an item does not meet our return conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear photo or video of the item if applicable. Carefully repackage your item with the original receipt, complete the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form, and ensure any required customs documentation is filled out before handing the package to your courier.
